RETURNS POLICY

WHEN IT COMES TO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE, WE OPERATE A “FAIR AND REASONABLE” POLICY. ALL ITEMS ARE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED
FOR DEFECTS AT OUR DEPOT PRIOR TO SHIPPING. YOU SHOULD CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY ON RECEIPT OF YOUR PARCEL (WITHIN 3 DAYS)
IF YOU BELIEVE THERE IS AN ERROR AND DEEM IT NECESSARY TO RETURN THE ITEM.

Due to the nature of the goods sold on our site we ask that you please choose your goods carefully as GROW does not accept returns for change of mind.

We do of course respect your consumer rights and are always here to assist with any warranty issues.

Accepted Methods of Payment

  • PayPal. By using PayPal you are guaranteed a secure online payment option that accepts all major credit cards.You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal, you can still purchase using your MasterCard or Visa Cards.

  • Direct Bank Transfer

Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched.

TAX INVOICE

An itemised Tax Invoice is provided by email. All prices quoted are GST inclusive

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

CARRIERS

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Australia Post
  • Fastways Couriers

Fastway Couriers are quick and reliable, but cannot accept responsibility for any losses during transit. If your parcel goes missing, we will do
everything we can to help you find it. Additional insurance can be added to the shipping cost by prior arrangement.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

DELIVERY

Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 2 and 14 working days depending exactly where the destination is and what your
requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your
order. Remote, Rural and low traffic areas may take upwards of 10 working days to arrive to destination. Unfortunately, we are not able to send
bulky or heavy items to P O Boxes.

DELIVERY DETAILS

It is your responsibility to ensure that all your delivery details have been entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for entry of unclear or incorrect delivery information. You will be responsible for any subsequent redelivery costs.
